Whats a good face wash for dry skin thats inexpensive?

Anything that is a cream or milk cleanser. No foaming or gel cleanser as they will strip the skin of natural oils making it more dry %26amp; dehydrated. Try garnier soft hydrating cleansing milk, its in a pink bottle. Its around $8.50 AUWhats a good face wash for dry skin thats inexpensive?
