your face is irritated! you have sensitive skin, i use spectro jel, the purple bottle, it is the best cleanser for sensitive skin, imo.

wash your face twice a day with a simple cleanser and thats it, if you want you can use a nonscented moisturizer.

honestly, this happened to me and its because i was trying to hard to use every product, less is more in your case! I used a new face wash and within a couple days, my entire face was broken out. now, it's been a full week ?
Oh I don't think using alcohol on your face to dry things out is such a good idea :/

Your skin already sounds like its irritated due to the face wash you are using. Stop the use of that face wash and just let your face rest for a bit before using a DIFFERENT and more GENTLE face wash.

You can rinse your face with cold water often in hopes of getting the redness to tone down.

You can use a soothing moisturizer that's oil free and that won't clog pores. Make sure its for SENSITIVE skin, which is the type of skin that it sounds like you have. But if the pain or your condition is really severe and gets worse, you should go see a dermatologist right away because if you don't, you could cause permanent damage to the skin.
OMG...you do not have a breakout! You have a RASH. I get the same thing when I use a harsh skin care line. You shouldn't be using alcohol, that will only exacerbate your skin problem. The best thing to do is drink plenty of water, take a lot of vitamin C and vitamin E, take some Benedryl, use a very VERY mild cleanser like cetaphil or dove soap, then just wait for it to go away. Dry your face with a clean towel by patting it dry GENTLY. Do NOT put anything on your face. You can try and use a little bit of vitamin E cream, but the best thing for you to do is wait for your skin to HEAL.
It seems like you have sensitive skin to me. Go to a doctor (really, don't read this and be like, 'oh yeah,i'll do that' and never go to the doctor), and ask about it.

Sometimes skin treatments make your skin worse before it gets better because they have to bring out all of that nastiness, all of that bacteria from beneath to surface to the surface, in order to truly clear up skin.
just stop usin it u noe! its bad wateva u doin try somethin new! trial and error ^^
