When you wash your face, are you suppose to use a washcloth or your hands?

I have sensitive skin, when I use a washcloth, it causes my face to turn red and blotchy, is that normal?





Should I just use my hands?

You should wash your face once a day if you don't use make up and twice if you do. It is better to use your hands because the texture of the wash cloth and the face wash causes irritation.
