What should I wash my face with if I have sensitive skin?

There is a lot of products that when I wash my face I get a humongous, burning, itchy rash all over it. I tried Clearasil, Neutrogena, St.Ives and Aveeno and they all give me a rash. :(What should I wash my face with if I have sensitive skin?
I have sensitive skin also. All I'm able to do at the moment is wash my face with warm water and dry with towel. My appearance look better than when using other products not for sensitive skin such as Nuetrogena. I currently plan to purchase cetaphil soon, I heard it's good for sensitive skin.What should I wash my face with if I have sensitive skin?
When your skin is sensitive you should avoid using facial washes and soaps.

Also, using cooler water to wash your face and a fragrance free lotion afterward may help. Just stay away from anything that says it's for inflamed acne or oily skin and make sure you don't use something alcohol based.
Do not wash your face with anything other than warm water and pat dry. Wash your face twice a day. When you get up and when you retire for the night. Soaps and some medications irritate. Clear water is sufficient and all you need. Good luck.
