Is it okay if i wash my face daily with dial bar soap?

i figure since it cleans itll be good for my skin and might help with mild acne. i know benzoyl perozide and salicyic acid are actually proven to help...but is this okay?Is it okay if i wash my face daily with dial bar soap?

It will dry your face and cause flaking. Use an Aveeno face wash product.
it will be okay, but it is very likely to dry out your skin, so moisturize daily!
Soap is very drying on the skin, it's a common misconception that acne sufferers should avoid moisturizing but it's just as important.


Try something gentler than soap as scrubbing will cause your skin to produce more oil and might make your acne worse.


Salicylic acid can be a tricky one as it has alot of bad reactions in some people

I dont know if you should, I would think it would make your face very dry, when I use that soap just on my body it makes it dry.and when my nose was pierced I had to wash my nose with that stuff, and I still had pimples on my nose.... I would use something specifically for faces or at least use FACE lotion after the dial.

It is meant for your hands and body not your face!


Buy a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer and use them every night.


Also go for a facial.
i dnt kno wat dial soap is, but bar soap drys your skin out :S cant be to gud ! , use facewashes, like exfoilating ones if you wannt to help mild acne
