Is this normal?
All the blemishes are shown. It looked better before I washed it.My skin looks a mess right after I wash my face?
I know what you mean!! Ughh I don't wear foundation or anything like that but the oil on my face seems to hide any acne I have and makes my skin look more healthy oddly. When you wash and strip your skin it shows any small faint lines, acne scarring, uneven blemishes etc. Moisturizers can make your skin look better even your own skin's oil it seems to make it look more supple and even.
I use a glycerin based cleanser now that doesn't strip my skin*and has no sodium lauryl sulfate in it* and apply a moisturizer of some sort afterward that I can use twice a day. Sometimes I just add aloevera and it just gives your skin an even lightly moisturized look.
Healthy moisturized skin can work like a natural makeup in itself. My skin looks a mess right after I wash my face?
i dunno if its normal, but i have the same thing
i seriously look like i got hit in the face with an ugly stick right
after i wash my face ..i dunno why, because i never wear makeup
and my face doesnt look NEARLY as bad before i wash it
my face always looks SUPER pale, and blotchy after i wash it
i dont think it looks paler because i had dirt on it before or anything
because it doesnt matter if ive gone a few hours without washing
my face, or a few days it always looks the same
blehh
its not really a big deal though, cuz ur face returns to normal within
like 10-15 mins
it is normal, you are cleaning off the layers of dead skin and dirt that gets stuck on your skin through out the day which dulls your skin. washing it takes off that layer and cleans your skin.
also, maybe you aren't using a cleanser that's right for your face? try other things!
Probably because you're washing off all the make up and dirt that was caking your face and hiding the blemishes. When you wash your face and remove everything you're seeing your REAL face.
it could be because you just washed off all your make up. or it could also be the effects of fluorescent lighting filters on skin appearance if you have them in your bathroom.
Everyone looks ugly after they wash their face. Deal with it.
