You want nothing with fragrance. Choose something for sensitive skin. This applies to your entire body. When I was on accutane I used Caress and my skin starting bleeding. My dermatologist said to use hypoallergenic products because the skin is ultra-sensitive while on Accutane. This goes for lotions as well. He recommended Dove for soap and Lubriderm for lotion.
