personally, i've never tried noxema but whatever product you use, follow the instructions to the letter and more importantly, wait to see results. it takes about 4-6wks for new cells to grow so it might take that long to see new skin. for some it might be shorter or longer for some depending on the skin type so how long it works for one may not necessarily apply to you.Does noxema acne face wash actually help? If it does, approximitly, how long does it take to see results?
It does not work for my skin. The only thing that keeps my skin clear is ponds exfoliating clean sweep towelettes.

i neglected to use noxema for sometime, until my mom picked up the noxema anti-blemish pads.
i know its not soap but if you use it after washing you face with anybrand of soap(for me,,Neutrogena or Avalon Organics- Hydrating cleansing milk)and use these pads, the outcome is priceless.
the pads are lightly rough and help exfoliate your skin, which is a must and ofcourse, leaving your skin nice and clear.
it does help...but it depends on ur skin texture and the procedures u use. u have to cleanse out ur system and drink lots of water 4 flawless skin
Personally, I had good results with Noxzema bar face soap. I started using that and the vanishing cream and I saw results in just a few days. I keep using it and I very rarely get acne. If I do get a pimple, I just put the vanishing cream on it and it will be gone very soon.
