Use only water. Natural cleanser.I ran out of cleanser are there anyother ways to wash your face without it?
just wash with warm water, even w/o soap it can help clear oil and dirt away, especially if only for a few days.
or try these ideas!!!
*Take 1 tbsp. of instant oatmeal and add 1 tsp. of honey and lemon juice to make a loose paste. Apply it all over forehead, face and neck. When it begins to dry, rub using brisk, firm movement to remove dead cells and stimulate the skin. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
*Stir together 1/2 cup cold milk and 1/2 tsp. of salt. Soak a cotton ball and gently dab all over your face. After the milk dries in 2 to 3 minutes, dip a cotton ball again in the mixture and rub lightly in a circular motion and wash off with water. Milk removes dirt from deep pores and salt exfoliates dead skin resulting in instant brightness.
*For Normal/combination skin mix one egg and 1/2 cup cooked instant oatmeal and a teaspoon olive oil until smooth. Spread on your face and leave 15 min then rinse.
*oatmeal and cornmeal mask, use equal parts of cornmeal and oatmeal, and just enough warm tap water to turn into a paste.
*you can add sugar to any of the above for softening/exfoliating
Try dabbing some vinegar on your skin. It will reek, but vinegar is about 5% acetic acid, and it will gently and safely dissolve any grease or clogged pores on your skin. Wash with warm water until the scent is gone.
To wash your face just some water and a little bath soap... just some that you may have for sensitive skin. Also to keep it clean if you have some toothpaste that treats any acne on the spot overnight.
water
if you're having troubles with irritation, then you need to go for something less harsh. I would suggest a mild shampoo if you have any. I hope it works out for you! :)
This website has recipes you can use instead of cleansers.

Some people say that if you put rubbing alcahol on your neak or your face it will lift all the dirt away but be sure to put baby lotion on afterwards so it wont dry out
Just use straight water, to keep it ungreasy until you get more.
Use plain, warm water if your skin is sensitive. For a few days it will work fine.
